I understand that it can be difficult to choose what you may or may not want during your massage - the integrated option allows you to customize your session each time you visit! During this treatment I combine both Swedish & Deep Tissue techniques in order to create the perfect massage that fits your needs. We will sit down first to discuss things such as pressure & focus areas to determine how you’d like to spend your time. I aim to make finding your ideal session as simple as possible!

What better place to get a massage than in the comfort of your own home or condo! Here at Free Life Massage, we offer the option of a travel session - where we bring the ultimate beach front massage experience to you! Prenatal Massage
Every expectant mother deserves to have her aches & pains massaged away! I have been trained to safely & comfortably provide massage to pregnant clients in any trimester. At some point during pregnancy, lying face down or flat on your back becomes nearly impossible - I am able to use a variety of pillows & positions to accommodate for this. We will work together to find the most relaxing position for keeping mom comfortable during her session!

Enhancements
Hot Stone: Heated stones are combined with massage techniques to sooth tight & painful areas. Heat from stones isn’t just great for cutting through muscle tension - it is deeply soothing for a person experiencing emotional stress as well!
Cupping: The cups do an awesome job at loosening areas of tightness where muscles may feel ‘stuck’ or ‘knotted.’ Some clients have described them as intense while others think they have a relaxing effect!
Aromatouch: Using aromatic essential oils, the aromatouch technique includes a relaxing light touch back & foot massage to combined with your normal session. Utilizing light strokes and swedish techniques, the oils blend in perfect harmony to give you a sense of wellness and reduced stress!
Sugar Scrub: Take your session to the next level with this sugar scrub/mud mask combo! This indulgent treatment begins with a sugar scrub designed to exfoliate & brighten the skin. Next, a soothing mud mask is applied to nourish & detoxify, promoting deep relaxation. The experience concludes with a rich, moisturizing body butter to seal in hydration. This treatment can be tailored to your needs, focusing on either the back, feet, or both - just let us know when booking!
